The Mission

Welcome to FRESH body and soul, a paramedical tattoo studio, founded by a breast cancer survivor who truly understands the journey of healing and self-restoration.  

We are striving to complete the following missions for you.  

No. 1 -- We will use advanced techniques to blend artistry with empathy.

No. 2 -- We believe healing is more than physical -- it's emotional, personal and deeply individual.  We will tailor your treatment to your needs.  

No. 3 -- As a survivor, I understand how important it is to feel whole again after trauma, surgery, or life-changing experiences.  That is why I've dedicated my work to helping others find confidence and beauty in their own skin.

We offer the following services for the body.

No. 1 -- Realistic 3D areola and nipple tattoos

No. 2 -- Scar & Stretch Mark Camouflage

No. 3 -- Hair Restoration and more to come.

We take your health and safety seriously, which is why we follow strict hygiene and safety protocols to ensure that our equipment and tools are clean and sterilized. We also use only the safest and highest quality pigments to minimize the risk of allergic reactions or infections.

We offer the following services for the soul.  

No. 1 -- We will provide a warm, comfortable and safe space for your transformation.

No. 2 -- We will send monthly email with prayer, motivational messages and resource information. 

No. 3 -- We will provide an after-care package filled with items to help you heal both inside and out.

Hello, my name is Mary Vlasak. Thank you for visiting our site.  Take a look around and let me know if you have any questions.

Here are 3 things that have dramatically shaped my life.  

No. 1 -- My family.  I was raised in St. Louis, MO, by a wonderful set of parents teaching my brothers and I strong family values. And the love of baseball -- STL, home of the Cardinals. I am so excited to be so close to their spring training camp now.    

No. 2 -- My best friend.  We met in college in Ft. Lauderdale; we have seen each other through many ups and downs.  She has been a constant friend, even when we go some time without talking.  So, after deciding to retire from my 25-yr corporate job I knew it was time to move to beautiful Stuart, FL to be close to her and her family.

No. 3 -- My Breast Cancer experience.  I started my journey in December 2023, and I am currently Cancer free! This battle has led me here, by going through treatment I realized I wanted to do something to help others, I had given enough time to the corporate world.  So, once I was eligible, I put my notice in.  Being able to do it close to the person who has inspired me is a life's bonus.

So here I am in my next chapter of this beautiful life, feeling blessed and working to make a difference in this world.  I hope I can help you.
